Our on-site teams of engineers work closely with each customer to ensure that all design elements meet exact specification before production begins. Initially we use simulation modeling software to create a model of the part being forged. This helps eliminate cost overruns, reduces die manufacture lead-time and improves overall forging quality. Then PRO Engineer and PRO Manufacture software is utilized to provide information directly to our die manufacturing facility and the customer for final approval.
