Selecting between 4140 and 8620 depends on whether the flange requires uniform strength or enhanced surface durability.


How Forged Flanges Are Manufactured

We produce forged flanges using hammer forging and press forging, depending on geometry, tolerances, and production requirements.


Hammer forging is used for short- to medium-volume runs and more complex geometries.


Press forging is used when controlled deformation and tighter tolerances are required.
