How Forged Valve Components Are Manufactured

We produce forged valve components using hammer forging and press forging, depending on geometry, tolerances, and production requirements.


Hammer forging is used for short- to medium-volume runs and more complex geometries.


Press forging is used when controlled deformation and tighter tolerances are required.
